1. We Hire Qualified Teachers
Every tutor holds a recognized Islamic qualification (Ijazah, Hafiz, Alim or Alimah certificate) and passes a recitation and Tajweed test with a senior Qari before joining.
2. We Train Them to Teach Online
Teaching on Zoom is different from teaching in a madrasa. New tutors complete a demo class and training on online tools, child-friendly methods and our syllabus.
3. Teachers Teach What They Have Mastered
Tutors are assigned only to courses they are qualified for. Hifz students study with Huffaz, and Tafseer is taught by teachers trained in Tafseer.
4. We Monitor Classes
Senior teachers regularly observe classes live, with the family's knowledge, to check teaching quality, pace and manners. Parents are always welcome to sit in.
5. We Evaluate Students Regularly
Students are assessed at the end of each level and periodically during Hifz, so gaps are found early.
6. We Compare Progress Reports
Parents receive a monthly progress report. We compare each report with previous months to make sure the student is moving forward, and adjust the plan if not.
7. We Listen to Parents
If you're not happy, tell us. We'll address the issue or change the tutor at no cost. See our refund policy and tutor terms & conditions.
