Classes

Classes are delivered live online, 1-on-1, at the times agreed with you. Students should join on time with a working device and internet connection.

Fees

Fees are paid monthly in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Rescheduling

Classes cancelled with at least 4 hours' notice can be rescheduled at no cost. Missed classes without notice may not be rescheduled.

Conduct & Safety

We expect respectful behaviour from students, parents and tutors. Parents may attend any class for children.

Recording

Classes are not recorded without the parent's or student's permission.
